About Taiwan College of Healthcare Executive
  The Taiwan College of Healthcare Executive (TCHE) was founded by Professor Chin-Wen Chang with some of the health care administration department chiefs in various Taiwan universities as well as other health professionals on 9 October, 1997. Since October 1998, TCHE became fully functional.
  TCHE is a non-profit organization with an aim to promote academic and educational development in the field of health care administration so that nation’s health can be improved through quality healthcare services and efficiency in the medical institutions.
